Explore How We Grow

1-to-1 Discipleship
At NCBC, we desire to cultivate a culture where it's normal for members to intentionally help one another follow Jesus. One of the primary ways this happens is through one-to-one discipling relationships. These relationships are simple but intentional. Members open up their lives to one another as they meet regularly to read Scripture, pray together, encourage one another, and apply God's Word to everyday life. Whether over coffee, lunch, or in a home, we encourage members to take the initiative to begin these relationships. Many of the resources we recommend can also be found in our online bookstore.

Community Groups
Community Groups provide another opportunity for members to consistently gather throughout the week for fellowship, prayer, and the study of God's Word. These groups help deepen relationships within our church family while encouraging one another to know, treasure, and obey Christ together. Our groups include members from a variety of ages, life stages, and backgrounds as we seek to live out the "one another" commands of Scripture together.
